1 Office (Party office)
Functions: party organs responsible for the appointment, the Chief of work, supervision and inspection system of organs of the implementation of the organization responsible for important meetings and decisions of the supervision ofthe work and recommendations of the CPPCC National People's Congress responsible for the handling of motions; appointed authority responsible for clerical, confidential, information, foreign affairs , files, confidentiality, security, the petition, and family planning work; responsible for the financial institutions and their functionaries in the state-owned assets management and reception work.
2 Department policies and regulations
Functions: to study and draft the state-owned assets supervision and management of the local laws, rules and regulations; city on the state-owned and state-holding enterprises in the reform and development of the relevant legal issues; responsible for directing the city state-owned and state-holding enterprises Legal Adviser; study by the state-owned Shanghai economic layout and structural adjustment policies, and promote the rational flow of state-owned assetsand the optimal allocation of important documents and reports in charge of the drafting work of the contractor appointed authorities in responding to litigation and administrative reconsideration.
