Mr. Zhang Puhui, Male, Nationality han, was born in Zhouzhi County of Shaaxi Province on February 1954. He has a bachelor’s degree. He started work in December 1973 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1973. At present, Mr. Zhang Puhui is Chairman and Deputy Party Secretary of State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xian Municipal Government.

Mr.Yin Jianhong is a Han male, born in Wuyang County of Henan Province in January 1958. He has a graduate degree. He started his working career from November 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1985. At present, he is the Vice Chairman and Member of CPC Committee of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xian Municipal Government (bureau level).

Ms. Pan Xiaoyu is a female of Han desent. She was born in Fengrun County of Hebei Province in November 1961. She has a graduate degree. He started his working career from August 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1994. At present, she is the Vice Chairman and Member of CPC Committee of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xian Municipal Governmen.
