Zhang Puhui Chairman,Deputy Party Secretary
State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xian Municipal Government.
Mr. Zhang Puhui presides over the overall work of State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xian Municipal Government and assumes the main responsibility. He supervises the General Office.

Deputy Party Secretary of State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xian Municipal Government
Mr. Su Yuqi presides over the Bureau of Party Building,theBureau of Party and Masses, the Bureau of Personnel and the Staff Office Party Committee.
Yin Jianhong
Deputy Chairman Member of CPC Committee State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xian Municipal Government.
Mr. Yin Jianhong presides over the Bureau of Policies, Laws and Regulations,the Bureau of Enterprise Reform,in charge of Policies, Laws and Regulations, enterprise reform, invite investments, safety in production and enterprise finance.
Pan Xiaoyu
Deputy Chairman Member of CPC Committee State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xian Municipal Government.
Ms. Pan Xiaoyu presides over the Bureau of Property Right Management, the Bureau of Statistics and Evaluation, the Working Bureau of Supervisory Panels and Xi'an Enterprise Listing Service Center.
Zhao Jiawen
Secretary for Disciplinary Inspection and Member of CPC Committee
Mr. Zhao Jiawen assist Mr. Zhang Puhui in charge of the work of the Party's work style and building clean government and against corruption, discipline inspection and supervision organs.
